Yes. We accept returns for eligible defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back, as returns must be approved first.

For approved returns, Orvirex provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. After your return request is approved, you can download, print, and attach the return label to your package.
