Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed on business days, from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed before 18:00 (GMT+1) will be processed the same business day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
Handling Time
Our handling time ranges between 1 to 4 business days, depending on order volume and product availability. During this period, your order will be packed, verified, and prepared for dispatch. Handling only takes place from Monday to Friday.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday only. Delivery time may vary depending on courier services, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
When combining handling and transit times, your order can be expected to arrive within 6 to 12 business days from the date of purchase, provided there are no delays caused by external factors such as courier disruptions or customs checks.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges regardless of order size or value.
Currency and Payments
All shipping-related costs are calculated in GBP, although shipping is free. If you make payment in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
