At Modette Wear, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy has been carefully prepared in accordance with consumer protection regulations in the United Kingdom and is designed to ensure that your rights are clearly protected.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To qualify, all returned products must be new, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Any products that are damaged through customer misuse, or that are not returned in their original condition, may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We also accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must initiate the process within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will only be accepted for products that are new and unused.
Return Process
All returns and exchanges must be completed by mail. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@modettewear.com. Once your request has been approved, a return label will be provided to you for download and printing. This ensures that your parcel can be securely tracked back to us.
Cost of Returns
All return shipping is provided at no cost to you. We cover the full cost of the return label, meaning you will not incur any additional fees for sending back your order.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will always receive a full refund for the returned item, provided it meets our eligibility requirements.
Refunds & Currency
Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment. Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully completed. All refunds are processed in GBP.
If your original payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are outside of our control.
