We accept returns and exchanges for eligible defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. For approved returns, Orvirex provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
